Amy is unconventional but knowledgeable in many different art techniques. I have had classes in painting on rocks and canvas. We did collages and even special Halloween Pumpkin Carving and Winter Snowflake making. Amy is making my retirement much more creative and fun!

Every time I am in the Art House Studio my creativity is sparked! While I am no professional artist, I love creating with others. Amy is a good instructor for all skill levels and is supportive of everyone with a desire to be creative. Despite myself, I have learned much about tone, shading and perspective while creating fun pieces on rocks, paper and canvas.

I discover in a freehand drawing class that I am not an artist but I learn an appreciation for what artist do and I draw flies; this is one of my drawings. The world would be a dull place without artist making things happen. Thanks Amy. I am author of book, Raise the Flag: Lean Thy Arms, with a literary lineup of six stories about a difficult path for education and a harder road for experience, and look, look I use my education to make a book.
