I went for my exam at this center and I can say that it's clean and quiet. Front desk lady was very nice and helpful and she explained the process. On finishing my exams i was informed that their system was down so she called me next day informing my test results and texted me the copy as well.

Tanya, the test coordinator, was so kind to go as far as to call me to remind me about the test. I had completely forgotten about it and greatly appreciated the kind gesture. She was polite and very professional. The testing site is excellent. It’s clean and comfortable, and one that did not give me anxiety which doesn’t help when you’re about to take a test. I regret having gone all the way to Manhattan on previous occasions. This one is in Brooklyn and close to where I live.

Test was easy but the front desk lady was extremely rude. She had no patience for any questions. I would recommend trying to keep your questions to a limit and try understanding her the first time. She has. Think Russian accent so it makes it very difficult. I was also told that I had to write a review and it was part of passing the test.

This is the best place to take a test. Lady in front desk very professional and knowledgeable. She welcomes everyone who comes to test with a smile on her face and wishes luck. I am definitely coming back to this place to take all my tests and I recommend everyone to do so.

It was my first time in this Pearson Building. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The young man at the front was competent and a true gentleman. The facility was clean and the staff also offered noise cancelling options such as ear plugs if you are sensitive to noises. The processing before and after the exam was fast and efficient. Thank you!!
