Beautiful range and good customer service but seems poor quality and not as well made as wolf/ Viking and honestly doesn’t even cook as well as our old GE cafe series…

This company went from five stars to one in my mind after the departure of their top sales person Elisa. I'm deeply disappointed in the lack of responsiveness and the customer service since--and mind you this is for high end custom order products.
