ZERO stars was unfortunately not an option. I have been to Art & Clay many times with with my kiddo. They have always been great, UNTIL TODAY! My kiddo needed to use the restroom so we went in to use their bathroom knowing I probably needed to make a purchase for access. He said really really had to go. So, I indeed purchased a drink. They refused to give us the bathroom key until after I completed the purchase of my sub-par latte. My child forgot his shirt in the Car and really had to go to the bathroom! Update: as expected, they did come back with their own version of what happened. All I can say is that what they responded with versus what actually happened are two completely different stories. It's really sad to say that, I always love supporting a small town business and unfortunately this is some of the worst customer service I've ever seen and received. Very unprofessional staff. Love visiting this gem!! A great local cafè/ coffee shop ♡ Pick your pottery, paint it how you like & then pick up after a week or so. Affordable idea for a date, spending time with friends/family, or just a calm, creative outlet! They have café style beverages & pastries. It's right in downtown Lancaster, so there is plenty of (free) street parking in the area. Staff is always very friendly and helpful when ordering or explaining how everything works :)
Great experience for the entire family. Friendly staff and great prices.
