Charlie Barton is a true professional! I purchased one of his pieces at the Pittsburgh Art Fest and after getting back home, I noticed a flaw. After contacting him, he had to completely rework the art work and mailed me the redo! Sometimes you wonder about these vendors, but Art by Barton stands strong!
