I had a disappointing experience. After being told the Crown offered to remove the demerits if I paid the fine, the assistant sent me a payment link and asked for a good review—so I paid, thinking it was finalized. The night before the trial, Mr. Arshad contacted me, surprised why I had paid, saying I wasn’t supposed to. As a result, the trial was cancelled, and the demerits went through automatically.
