Very bad experience with this person arshdeep Dhillon so called professional lawyer for real estate. He took my money and didn't prepare his homework and because of his representation I lost my property. He didn't return my single penny. He is crook.
This lawyer is a member of the Law Society of Ontario’s 30-minute complimentary consultation program. He was assigned to assist a friend and hung up the phone after six of those thirty minutes. He attempted to offer an additional service which would not have been helpful in this situation and when posed with a precise question, unprofessionally concluded the call. What a waste of time; he should be removed from the list.
The closing was done timely and we were provided good post closing support. An adjusted property tax bill was later found as unpaid and Arsh made sure to follow up and get the sellers to pay it in a week.
Mr. Arshdeep is super kind and very humble person. Definitely recommend.
