Unfortunately, there was no communication at all. We were not given any updates, and because of this, we missed the deadline for our case to be reconsidered. As you can understand, hiring a lawyer for such a process is very expensive, and due to this lack of communication, we ended up losing that opportunity. We had to constantly call and follow up ourselves just to try to get any updates, but there was no consistent response or guidance.
