Might be a good store but if they are limited to ONLY working on bikes they sell I would have to say that’s less than ideal.
We arrived to Arrowsmith with a group of 7 riders from the Lower Mainland on a 2 day ride. Riding from Departure Bay to Courtenay and return the next day. One of the bikes needed some rear end work. The service mechanic took the Giant Liv bike in to emergency surgery stat. The turnaround on the service was so appreciated, pricing was so reasonable and we were back on the road within an hour. Such a great experience. Thank you from the Team. Highly recommended

What a great shop. Open on Sunday, and kept the doors open during a power outage helping customers anyway they could. Just an amazing team. As a father of three kids I Will be bringing all my business to them "Shut up and take my money" Thanks again.
Great service, great attitude and quick turn around. Recently purchased a bike 2nd hand and took it to the arrowsmith guys to go over a few things. Bike came back better than ever and VERY reasonably priced. Thanks again arrowsmith, HIGHLY recommend.
