Arrowsmith Bikes started in 1994 in Parksville. We are a full service bike store, we carry bikes, ebikes, clothing , parts and accessories. Our brands are Trek, Giant and Santa Cruz. The service department will take care of whatever type of bike you have except for non branded ebikes. Home of the Arrowsmith Bikes Ladies ride and the biggest kids ride on the island the Arrowsmith Shredders. Some of the best mountain bike riders and trail builders work here. We love bikes and we want you to ride yours more.

I just had the worst, most disrespectful customer service encounter at Arrowsmith Bikes in Nanaimo. I entered the store to inquire about folding EBike options and informed the sales person ( if he was the owner, I’m even more appalled, SHAME on him!) about why I wanted to replace my current e-bike with a folding option.
