Would find another local shop. Just drove all the way from Lake Cowichan just to pick up some One up carbon bars, that say “in stock at retail location “ . They are not in stock. They were unwilling to do anything to help me out- free shipping- even a sticker? Pretty sad customer service. Won’t be spending any money here. Go to blacks cycles or Cowichan cycles. I have had a bike from Arrowsmith ever since my first one in 2007 when I bought a Rocky in Parksville. Since then I have had various bikes from other shops and another used Rocky that I rode to Mexico. I got a Giant bike last year in Nanaimo and it has been great for me for day rides and also bike adventures around Tofino and this summer to Galiano and Saltspring. Might be a good store but if they are limited to ONLY working on bikes they sell I would have to say that’s less than ideal.
