Great shop. Hub city cycles never again. But Arrowsmith bikes is an excellent shop with very good staff members. Its a real store with awesome products. They are priced appropriately as well. Its not some hole in the wall with children for mechanics. Im very happy and i will never go anywhere else ever again.
Best place in town for bikes, bike repair and biking accessories. Staff is amazing!

I have never been loyal to any bike shop before. BUT I AM NOW! Bill and the crew at Arrowsmith Bikes, Nanaimo just did me a huge solid. I left the front wheel to my Trek Checkpoint behind in Seattle recently, realized it when I returned home to Nanaimo. I called these guys, and Bill offered to lend me his personal front wheel so that I was not without a ride for a few weeks. Amazing. I love when a community business supports, unconditionally. I am now loyal to this shop only. Much Love, David.
