Super helpful from start to finish! They really took the time to help us find the right bikes and were super knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Great experience and would definitely recommend them!
Highly recommend this bike shop! They had a great selection of bikes, and the sales team was friendly and knowledgeable. As a beginner, I really appreciated getting a run down of the basics. Would definitely recommend especially if you’re newer to cycling!
What an outstanding group of people. Special mention to young Jack. He went above and beyond for me, a very small customer, to make me look like a hero to my son. Totally exceptional. Jack did not have to look out for me in this way. Will absolutely do business with Arrowsmith Bikes again.
Great shop! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, straight to the point and repairs are cheap. They even cleaned the bike as part of the service. Highly recommend giving them a go!
