Arrowpointe used to be a great Credit Union. My Wife and I were members there for around 16 years. When they closed and we were assimilated by Founders Federal Credit Union, we didn't know what to expect, but we have been treated very kindly. S. Johnson
Absolutely horrible! I've been with arrowpointe a little over 4 years and never had a real good experience. Only reason why I've stayed so long is because I don't have time to switch banks (until now)! I have been on hold -this makes the third time calling from different phones- for over an hour and when that hour and 10 min mark hit, it automatically hangs up! It is absolutely pathetic to l have an answering service and NEVER ANSWER! I'm glad Founders has taken over!!!
They never answer the phone. I was on hold for two hours yesterday and over three hours today. I’m out of state and my online banking is never working and nobody seems to have any idea why I keep getting locked out. Just a mess!!
I went to the Lancaster branch drive-thru and teller number 207 was not polite at all. She asked what was I doing with my check, asked for my account number which was right under my signature, then for the last 4 of my social. She processed the check, sent the money back and that was it. She didn't say thank you or have a great weekend. I think she need some training in customer service.
