If I could leave one star I would . This afternoon I was on hold for 30 minutes then the dude was rude and passed me to someone else trying to cancel a ride . This morning I was on hold for an hour the driver's are awesome but the people you call to make rides need to pick up the phone
I have been an arrowhead rider for 4 years and I recently have an issue with a certain driver who i personally feel is racial towards me for whatever reason but heart of the matter is my fare..I have never got on the bus without paying my fare ,this certain driver likes to antagonize me,if you're black and riding arrowhead the best thing to do is not say anything to the driver.,sorry I had a bad experience..but overall most of the drivers I deal with daily are very nice and understanding,I'm questioning how arrowhead is as a... read more
Great service to the North Branch community. Busses are clean, my ride was on time, and my driver (Brandon) was extremely friendly and helped me load and unload all of my groceries. I can't recommend Arrowhead enough! Well earned FIVE STARS!!!!
I had waited over 50 minutes for a bus, only to be told I “couldn’t be scheduled" ??? Despite me earlier this morning being notified that there was a 10:00 a.m. bus available. Apparently my time was less important than whatever internal confusion was happening behind the scenes. To make it worse, it took over 50 minutes just to get someone to answer the phone. On hold for the Chisago county number 13 option for 50min. You can't tell me that it takes 50 minutes to serve everybody in order. This has happened repeatedly sometimes they don't even answer the phone and I have to keep on calling back over and over and over again. I would have given zero Stars but there is no option or like a negative 3 for the blood pressure rise in my body. started calling at 9:30 a.m. for a ride at 11:30 a.m. and they won't let me schedule ahead of time I have to call back same day so I started calling... read more
