On hold for the Chisago county number 13 option for 50min. You can't tell me that it takes 50 minutes to serve everybody in order. This has happened repeatedly sometimes they don't even answer the phone and I have to keep on calling back over and over and over again. I would have given zero Stars but there is no option or like a negative 3 for the blood pressure rise in my body. started calling at 9:30 a.m. for a ride at 11:30 a.m. and they won't let me schedule ahead of time I have to call back same day so I started calling... read more
For some of us that are subs and get called to work in the morning it is very hard to set up a ride and we have to walk 2 miles to work and home
