Great they need more buses more drivers & better pay for the drivers. I have had to go on a medication where Inam not supposed to drive so it has been a lifesaver in getting me to work
They don't have a driver for the bus I need!!! update your site to the actual services you do provide. I would pay extra cause it's somthing I need
Very nice bus drivers and the service is dependable when they actually like to answer the phones instead of leaving their customers on hold for so long it makes you think that they don't really care about you at all when they leave you on hold for so long makes me think that if you don't call Early they don't care about you or they make you sit on hold forever if this keeps going on I don't know but I think that there should be a minimum wait time for customers so they aren't left on hold like just this last time I called an... read more
Love arrow head transit but this one driver is so slow and yaps way to much his name is terry. He’s always late to pick me up every time.
