The staff here is amazing. The director is approachable to both family members and to resident. I am so glad we chose to go to arrowhead Springs rehab rehabilitation, and skilled nursing. It was one of the best decisions we’ve made during this tough time.
This place should be investigated and bring in staff who actually wants to do this kind of job. Two showers a week is inhumane. Keep in mind most patients are wearing diapers and soiling their beds and they’re getting TWO SHOWERS a week !!! My grandmothers health declined drastically staying here for only 12 days before we took her out. My grandmother is now on hospice care. This place is terribly staffed in every aspect. My mom was transferred here from Kaiser Fontana. Unfortunately Arrowhead Springs is understaffed and overcrowded. Omg the smell is atrocious! It smells like Feces, urine, and bleach. The bleach doesn't cover up the overwhelming scent of feces and urine. You can tell they don't take pride or clean correctly. Most of the employees seem nice but some of them seem like they're just going through the motions. Elderly patients yelling for help while employees just walked right by. Not sure why the residents are given tap water to drink.. I think this facility definitely needs to get an upgrade.
