I went to the facility; very clean , it looks like they did some renovations, really nice facility. Every single employee I passed by said hello to us. The admin Jose actually stepped out of his office to introduce himself and gave me a tour. He introduced me to the nursing director Iman and she seemed busy but stopped what she did to introduce herself and took the time to answer my questions about the facility and the care they provide. Why Kaiser transferred my wife at 4 pm I'll never know. This place is over crowded with patients with a shortage of staff. I can't believe after the great treatment my wife received at Kaiser Fontana, they would send her here. The rooms are too small not ever a decent chair for a visitor to sit. The staff seems nice, and the place seemed clean enough, very noisy. The wait to be changed is too long. I complained to Kaiser and wanted her moved asap but they said someone would contact me within 48 hrs. I can't believe this is h... read more
