They are terribly understaffed . Slow on getting medications and help using the bathroom. Disappointing to say the least.

Huge Thank you to Dr Riaz, Gloria DON, Alison, therapies and Nursing staff For taking such wonderful care of my mother. Thank you for listening and taking care of our familys concerns. Words cannot express our appreciation for the care my brother-in-law Virgil received at Arrowhead Senior Living during the final stage of his life. Staff members showed genuine kindness and compassion, and we are truly grateful for those moments. My Mother, Shirley Hamm lived there for 3-4 years, in fact, she was the very first resident that moved in and was in the Lake Sun Leader Newspaper!! We experienced nothing but great care and we were in awe of the beauty, Fast Forward to 2 weeks ago and my Mother in Law went to Arrowhead after being in The hospital for a week and once again, we were so pleased with EVERYTHING, from the care to the pt and ot! A friend is staying there and while visiting the staff was very helpful and the facility is beautiful!
