Arrowhead is a fabulous place to receive rehabilitation services! We are so blessed to be here. The therapists and staff are extremely skilled and dedicated! I recommend this five-star facility to everyone in our home area of Jefferson City. We were turned away by local rehab facilities who were not able to serve my Dad because he is tall and had a broken femur which would require two staff members for his initial assistance. It has taken me a couple of weeks to finish this review because I don't want to miss anyone or anything important. My 90 yr old mama had to check in about 3 weeks ago because of a fractured pelvis. As many people told us, it's an incredibly painful injury that can only be healed with PT, a good diet, exercise and loving care. They are terribly understaffed . Slow on getting medications and help using the bathroom. Disappointing to say the least.
