ORDERED A SET OF BRUSHES ONLINE, GOT WRONG PART, DID RESPONG RIGHT AWAY ON 1ST EMAIL, BUT NO RESPONSE AFTER I SENT PROOF OF THE PART I NEEDED. WILL TRY TO RESELL WRONG SET TO RECOUPE SOME OF MY MONEY.
I had an ancient Skil Saw that had worn brushes, I couldn't find any help online and Skil recommended them Erv and the team went above and beyond to track down suitable replacements for it. they took on a lot of extra scope and didn't put on additional charges for the legwork. such a great attitude at this place!!!
Walked in needing two obscure-sized carbon brushes. The originals were from the late 50's. These guys were very helpful and I walked out with the two replacement carbon brushes I needed. I appreciate the help.
I ordered a part through Arrowhead. USPS lost it, so they 2nd day aired me a new one vis UPS. UPS smashed it. So They sent me a third part 2nd day air in a heavy duty box. Finally! Thanks to Andrew for the A+ service in dealing with the shipping companies problems. These guys understand good service!
