We had a lot of work done a few months back. The designer did an okay job. We did not get plants that were listed on our plan. The “triple” shred mulch, was very cheap. The amount of weeds that have grown, shows it was not very good mulch. Of the amount of $$ we spent, the designers should have suggested a weed barrier. Something cheap that would have been beneficial. Our fault for assuming it was going to happen.
