I love it here because all of the workers are exceptional and whenever I come and I have an encounter with Hugo LeBron he always makes everything okay for me in an impossible situation. They all go above and beyond! ❤️
I have been banking with Arrowhead for 30 years. Today I walked into the long beach location Tamika helped me but, she took very long to understand what she was doing she didn't give me right answers the collegue had to keep correcting her instead of coming to over see what she was doing! Very disappointed. I hope I never have to walk into this branch again. It's the one closest to work sucks
I had an excellent experience here. The customer service provided by Karen, the assistant manager, was excellent.
