I had a loan w a different credit union and they closed so my loan was taken over by arrowhead. I was not here by choice. I paid my loan EVERY MONTH on time and the ONE time i was late they didn’t waive the fee. Said there was nothing they could do about it even when i told them i was PAYING OFF my loan, still did not budge. Customer svc -5 stars, useless, i called 5 occasions for my account number to pay off the loan and not one could get it right 😵💫 crazy how these corporations work. 0/10 do not recommend
Had a great experience at this location. The entire staff is very welcoming and friendly as soon as you walk into the door. Huge shoutout to Hugo and Mari who were absolutely great to work with, they have such positive energy and enthusiasm. Also they were very helpful with my loan application and made the process super easy. Definitely give this location 5 stars for the hospitality.
I honestly wouldn’t bank anywhere else. I love everyone at this branch. It is always such a good vibe. Thank you so much!
I love it here because all of the workers are exceptional and whenever I come and I have an encounter with Hugo LeBron he always makes everything okay for me in an impossible situation. They all go above and beyond! ❤️
