Amber went out of her way and spent a lot of time making sure my problem was handled with care and accuracy. I was very stressed about my situation and within 30 minutes she had eased my worries. She was even apologetic for things completely out of her control. Thank you Amber for being a wonderful employee. You made my week.
They do not communicate with you at all. This was a secondary account and apparently my balance went to zero but was never informed by letter or email. My account was closed out without any notification. Received emails for feedback and usual spam but never anything about the status of my account. Only reason I found out was when I attempted to access my online account. Don’t bother opening an account with them.
Everyone is always ready to help and answer all questions with patience, courtesy and a smiles! I love this credit union!
