They do not communicate with you at all. This was a secondary account and apparently my balance went to zero but was never informed by letter or email. My account was closed out without any notification. Received emails for feedback and usual spam but never anything about the status of my account. Only reason I found out was when I attempted to access my online account. Don’t bother opening an account with them.
Everyone is always ready to help and answer all questions with patience, courtesy and a smiles! I love this credit union!
I literally just left this location I went in and there was 5 tellers literally standing around helping 1 lady. It took them way to long to acknowledge me. Then when the girl did I told her what i needed and she said I would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes because she was the only teller on the line , mind you again there was 5 people helping 1 custimer and there was no one behind me. unfortunately I believe because of the color of my skin and the amount of kids I had I was treated differently.I worked as a teller years ago fo... read more
