Highly incompetent staff.
Great Bank
One would hope they could conduct business during their lunch hour but surprise you walk in and there’s literally a line almost to the door. Less than 3 windows open because of the one off to the side doesn’t help regular account holders. Then you have to wait for the worker to type really really slow because of their ridiculous long nails. Then they want you to either do everything online or call the 800 number that only accepts calls from 8-5p. Lunch hour wasted!!
The bankers are careless and do not treat people with respect, If you are Latino, it is worse. Maybe there are nice working there, but we do not have a chance to choose who is good or bad. The worker should have a politeness behavior toward a customer regardless of whether you black,white or brown
