Terrible Experience today, I had to be on hold about an hour, or maybe a little less but still uncalled for waiting so long just to report my ATM lost. that was so terrible. you could not even leave a number for a call back. I heard that they have this feature but it did not work for me, just a suggestion Arrowhead CU need's to improve the call center to shorten the waiting time on the phone to customers.
Made my wife drive here just to tell her she was the wrong county and couldn’t open an account. Could have told her over the phone! Pay her gas you scammers!
