Honestly this review is a reflection not on the branch. But for overall performance of their online banking app. I have never used an online banking app that made it almost impossible to use the mobile deposit feature, almost every time I’m using it. There’s errors in taking the image. The app works terribly and makes it so difficult to deposit.
Very limited staff for more complex transactions and requests if you don't like to wait don't come here otherwise the staff they do have is friendly
You would be better banking somewhere else! I asked the woman at the information desk a question about replacing my debit card and she snapped my head off and then told me to get help from a teller since I was in such a hurry. I am retired, so time is not an issue for me. I simply needed to know where to start the process!!!!
