We have had great service from Unifirst. Our sales person is very friendly and helpful.
I was in the waiting room at B&M Plus in Coldwater, MI at noon on 3/18/26. A UniFirst guy came in and deliberately slammed rugs down causing a tremendous amount of dust throughout the waiting room. I wouldn't post this if I thought it was an accident. To say it was unprofessional would be an understatement. It was incredibly inconsiderate to the waiting customers as well as B&M Plus.
June 24, 2025 People, don't think they got better because I stopped updating. They have not gotten any better. August 13, 2024 Still waiting for all my clothes to be delivered to me, and they still say I have them. All they have to do is look at this and they will see, it is not me. Their drivers are rude, anti social and always seen in town driving erratically. Following way to close behind people in the slow lane on the highway.
