Kate was super helpful and led us just in the right direction so we could find great choices - and not too many choices! - to fit our color and texture ideas, as well as our budget. And in much less time than trips to a showroom usually take! We really appreciated being able to take home the options to see in our space. Thanks so much for your help.
I am delighted with everything about my experience with this business. For a small showroom, their range of tile choices is enormous and varied, something for everyone and every application. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in guiding the customer through the design process. I recommend this business very highly.
How far we've come. Always a pleasure to do business with the assistance of the associates they not only show sincere interest in learning the desires and needs of the customers but they follow through on all they promise and keep you informed with all good and bad news. It's nice to have a place that's willing to put the effort in
Great customer service. The selection is not overwhelming but you will find what you need...there were actually quite a few more options than I had seen elsewhere. I have Best Tile less than a mile from me and have done business with them, but long time staff turnover and a raging manager chased me away. Small businesses need to realize customers do not HAVE to give them their money. I drove to Arrow more than once and have never been disappointed.
