I originally bought tile from a big box store for my bathroom renovation project. Before installing, I visited Arrow for some thinset and discovered the tile I purchased is nowhere near the quality of the tile at Arrow - so I purchased tile from Arrow instead. The staff was so helpful with my DIY project. I’ll be going back to Arrow for any tile projects in the future!

Kate was super helpful and led us just in the right direction so we could find great choices - and not too many choices! - to fit our color and texture ideas, as well as our budget. And in much less time than trips to a showroom usually take! We really appreciated being able to take home the options to see in our space. Thanks so much for your help.
I am delighted with everything about my experience with this business. For a small showroom, their range of tile choices is enormous and varied, something for everyone and every application. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in guiding the customer through the design process. I recommend this business very highly.
