I wish my experience with Brittany was the same as everyone else's but unfortunately it is not. I was involved in an auto accident Apr 30th. The person who hit me was at fault and has insurance. They sent enough to cover 12 days on the rental. My car was in the shop getting repaired for 30 days. On june 8 she asked for the adjusters name & number & claim # to which it was given to her so she could collect on the rental. She never once called me back to follow up on that supposed call. Thank you to Brittany in the car rental department!! From day one with me needing something in a pinch to supporting and guiding me through the rental being damaged in a parking lot and well over $1000 out of pocket after insurance stopped rental coverage. She went above and beyond in every way including staying late for me to make an extension due to parts delay getting to dealership. I will definitely tell everyone I know to go see Brittany and I know I will be back if/when I need a car rental. Hands down best place to go.
I cannot rave enough about this place!!! Brittany is by far one of the best humans I’ve ever interacted with outside of a professional level. She’s amazing. The cars have all been very clean and well kept. They run an amazing little shop over here!!
Horrible service. I tried to rent a car and Cavendish get a proper response from the online service. Negative 10 stars and will let all my veteran people know to avoid this place
