Great loading Service.I have been loading here for 3 weeks now. Works very professionaly. Always on FCFS basis. Always have update for next day loads. Everything is just great
I regularly deliver loads to the Arrow Reload facility in Sherwood Park. Most of the forklift operators and staff are professional, helpful, and efficient. However, I have consistently had very very poor experiences with one forklift operator black guy who typically works the evening shift. On several occasions, I have noticed unnecessary delays, a lack of urgency in unloading trucks, and an unprofessional attitude toward drivers.
