The worst medical transportation there is never on time always late never answer the phone take no accountability are very rude racist mean will lie to your insurance about you no compassion no integrity makes no sense how they are still in business

Great service! Always on time, very professional, and the drivers are kind and helpful. Clean Vehicles and smooth rides. Highly recommend!

If your insurance company allows any other medical equipment supplier, I suggest you don't use Medical Service Company. Their senior management team are of poor character and have no respect for their customers they view as trapped into using them.

Everytime I scheduled transportation through this company they give me a gentleman named Hatim. This guy is the best. I've never had a transporter treat me with the amount of respect that Hatim does. He treats me as a friend and not just a person in a wheelchair he has to transport. I absolutely will continue to use this service. 3.7 stars is not what your total review status should be. I feel like you deserve 5 for how well Hatim works. I'll definately recommend this company to all of my disabled friends who also use wheel... read more
