Ever since they changed over the people inside the new gals that are in there are hella rude i'm useless and they don't help you. They sit on their ass, they don't help it's unfortunate because the people before that used to work here. If you needed help with something, they tried to help. You went with you. Look for the product and actually had great customer service. These new girls in here do not have no customer service. Whatsoever
Arrow Lumber & Hardware is a solid 4‑star store that blends small‑town friendliness with the kind of lumber and hardware selection you’d expect from a much larger retailer. The staff are helpful, the store is easy to navigate, and they carry everything from basic supplies to full project materials. It has that welcoming local feel while still offering the depth of inventory needed for bigger jobs. A dependable place to shop for both contractors and homeowners.
Great service.
