After reading other reviews I’m even more disappointed which I didn’t think was possible with Ashely mount at arrow + jade. My wedding was December 2023 where my first indication of the poor service should have been when she showed up with her teenage daughter as her second shooter which was something I made sure was included in the package I paid for. DO NOT USE ARROW AND JADE!! I hired Ashely Mount to be the videographer at my wedding. I had a friend who used her also. My friend said she would be slow to return the video, but it would eventually get done.it took her 9 months to get hers. When I first contacted Ashley, she was super nice and helpful. Very proactive and professional. After six months after my wedding, I reached out to get an update on the video. I called, texted, and DM’d several times and no response, literally nothing. My wedding was October 1, 2022. Everything went smooth at first, loved my engagement photos, except that she promised to take out blemishes and never did. Overall my husband and I were happy with what we received. Then I decided to upgrade my wedding package to include video. I did get my wedding pictures back but again no blemishes were removed and I had to ask her to remove beer cans from my family portraits, just simple little details that were ignored. Unfortunately, it took over 8 months to get most of the pictures back from our wedding and it’s been a year and a half now and I still haven’t received all of the pictures/package i purchased. She won’t respond to me or my husband regarding it. We’ll have to seek legal action apparently. I don’t like writing bad reviews but would hate for this to happen someone else. This is our wedding and the pictures are so important. We’re very upset.

Ashley did an amazing job with our daughter's 5 year old photos. She spent so much time with us at Honeymoon Island and got perfect beach photos that we will cherish for years to come. She was accommodating and speedy in getting the photos back to us. I am very happy.
