This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. My mom went in to follow up about a missing part for our table, since the store never answers their emails or picks up their phone. When we finally got to speak with Izzy, he didn’t even introduce himself or ask for our name. Just got some furniture delivered. Delivery people were very professional, quick and easy, items are solid & quality and prices were fairly competitive. Definitely worth to check out if you're looking to buy furniture. Thanks Izzy for hooking it up!
