ABSOLUTELY THE WORST – Arrow Financial is the worst business I've ever had to deal with also. I had already paid what the agency wanted and then they decided to go ahead and keep trying to collect even more money from me so when I call them they say it's already been done and hang up on me. But they keep pulling my credit report like anything has changed. This place just makes me so mad because they aren't even trying to help anyone get anything resolved.
absolutely awful – Arrow Financial is one of the most unprofessional organizations I personally have ever dealt with. Their customer care is seriously pathetic. The word "care" should be removed from that title because they do not care at all! I have left message after message for these people to call me back about a disputed file I have with them.
