I had an account with arrow finance about 10 years ago. They continue to make unauthorized hard inquiries on my credit every couple years. When I initially contacted arrow about this they were completely rude and hung up on me. I would never recommend anyone getting an auto loan through them.

RecommendedGreat company and staff, Been working with them for years! They helped out so many of our customers who couldn't get approved any where else!
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone they don't care about their costumer they only care about their bottom line hell with the rest I hate the day my son walked in they office 😡
