Needed some materials to help my aunt with some home maintenance work in Eau Claire, so I called Arrow to see what they may have to fit the bill. Coming from out of town, you never know what to expect when trying to coordinate work on a tight schedule. I spoke with Randy at the front desk and he was awesome. Provided exactly what we needed, provided options in case we needed to switch directions based on budget, was extremely helpful, and got materials to me exactly when he said he would. I stopped in to discuss new interior doors, casing, base, railings spindles, etc. for the whole house. We sat down and I was told they'd send over some pricing. I never received anything so I followed up 2-3 weeks later with no response. I followed up again 2 weeks after that and again no response. They don't seem too interested in making a sale so I'll have to start over somewhere else.
