Most the sales team there is incompetent. I've TRIED to get two quotes from them. One for deck boards and they said they'd have it the quote ready in 4 days when I called for it - it was clear they hadn't even started. Said they'd get it for me the next day - didn't hear from them for a week - at that point I just ordered from Home Depot. When I did get the quote it wasn't even for the material I asked for. The second quote I needed 2 fascia boards and a box of screws and it took them 4 days to confirm what material I needed... read more
