The salesman assigned to me was Robert. He failed to follow through on multiple commitments, he was non responsive more often than not. Called his manager, no mystery why customer service sucks as he didn’t care about Robert’s performance. He suggested I do business with a different ABC, I contacted that location, that manager said he didn’t have a salesperson available. I sincerely hope both locations go out of business. Unless you are a contractor or builder, they don’t want your business.

The man at the counter acted like I was bothering him. Huffing. Rolling his eyes. Didn't feel like I was welcomed there at all. I'll stick to running to menards I guess ,use to be friendly there
