Purchased a Kuhl fleece jack in November 2024, Two month later the pocket zipper broke. After a complaint and 5 weeks of communication with Axe and Arrow, they agreed to replace the zipper. Not the quality of product I was expecting from an expensive jacket.
Nice selection of casual and active clothing with a sprinkle of jewelry, hats and other items.
Love their product and have been trying to buy hats for over a year and dont want to miss out this year. sent emails with a response received months later saying to check in june. tried to call , message suggests texting . texted them no response at all. hard to support a store when they dont have time
While visiting Kimberly, I went into this store with my mom and was happy I did! Amazing selection of trendy, beautiful clothing. The customer service here is PHENOMENAL. Both the owner and sales associates were so helpful and friendly, and they even gave us advice for places to go in the area. Will be shopping here again next time I’m in town!
