My son needed to get his e-bike repaired. We took it in to get looked at. Wayne was very knowledgeable, helpful and honest. He told us how much it would be to fix the bike. He did research and found the same brand of bike for just a little more than the repairs would be. He could have kept this to himself but he relayed this information to us. My brothers and I wanted to surprise our dad with an electric trike for his 90th birthday. Im in Texas and Dad lives in Naples, FL. Wayne was great to work with and took care of having the trike shipped directly to the Florida residence. Dad is now happily tooling around his neighborhood.
We purchased a Macfox, Bigniu and a Droyd Blipper from online. Within a few months, we needed repairs. I called around and got in touch with the gentleman in Arride at Tomball and he said he would take a look at them even though he sells a different brand Electrical bike. He fixed both the Bigniu and Macfox e-bikes within 24 hours. The Droyd Blipper seemed to have a problem with its controller. Bought a bike from Wayne for my 18yr old daughter and she absolutely loves the bike. Wayne is very knowledgeable about all the bikes in the store and they are a blast to ride, plus the 5 year warranty makes it a sweet deal. Also the bikes are pretty dang fast.
Arride Bikes, Very good and convenient and very customer oriented. My first ebike and Wayne took patient care of me in every way. I love the Troxus too, I'm the envy of the neighborhood.
