Do not go to this place for any service. They will charge you without actually fixing your e-bike. Instead of properly diagnosing the issue, all they do is suggest replacing parts one by one to see what works—a process anyone could do without paying them. Save your money and avoid this shop.
Have a Lectric brand bike that got a flat tire on the rear. Looked pretty complicated to repair. Lectric put me contact with Arride an authorized repair shop for them. He took great care of me getting me back up and running. Great people and I will definitely make Arride my new shop.
Took my Lectric trike in to have them take a look and see if they could fix the 2 error codes it was putting out. Turns out I needed a new motor and display screen. Took a couple of weeks to get the parts and repairs taken care of. Happily back on the road again thanks to Wayne and John. Would recommend.
Amazing customer service. Would highly recommend!
