Had nothing but great experiences when the bank was Arrha. We've banked with them for many years. Now Brightbridge took over and it's nearly impossible to get help with accounts, too many errors, and rude staff. I'd stay away and go elsewhere.

Would give a 0 if I could. Customer service sucks and tellers are lazy. No one is nice or pleasant just miserable, rude and uneducated. Never greeted. THIS LOCATION DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. OVERALL SUCKS...
