I must inform those who don't know that this law firm is closed. The lawyer fired his staff and left town and cannot be contacted. Contact the NC State Bar and file a claim against him. He has your files and took your money! He needs to be punished for this unprofessional behavior. I give one star rating because the system does not allow me to choose a zero
Fired his entire staff 5 months ago and stopped responding to clients. I believe the NC state bar is looking for him but can't find him, as he completely disappeared.
Hired August 2022 for a hardship waiver and i-485 application. We got an RFE August 2024, Atty. Arreola disappeared on us. Not responding to anyone, even his friend who recommended him to us. We filed a grievance with NC State Bar last September and even to them, he has not responded. Get a different lawyer because besides his commitment issues, he moves very slow, the only times our case moved forward is with the paralegal assigned to us, but it was never him.
