I signed a 12 month lease at a rate of $1,996/month in April 2020 for a 2 bed 2 bath Roma floor plan. In April 2021 I signed a 6 month lease for the same unit at $2,364/month hoping things with the pandemic would settle down. Fast forward to now and the new proposed rates are 15-22% higher.
