I bought an Arena Desk and Verona Pro chair about two years ago. Recently, one of the five metal legs on the Verona chair started shearing off and twisting. I contacted customer support expecting to be out of warranty and would need to buy a replacement base. Isiah in their customer service department responded in about 30 minutes letting me know that although they no longer make the Verona Pro, I was still under my warranty period and as such would ship me out a brand new Verona Pro V2.
