Very kind and patient staff
I bought my wedding dress here, and it was beautiful! The quality and design were fantastic. I only wish they offered tailoring services.
Store is beautiful but the service is mid. I tried to engage in conversation but was met with mediocre responses. Not much hospitality in a place that requires it considering you’re spending quite a bit of money. Few damages on the dress that I didn’t realise until I had worn it. I had also overheard the woman on the phone say to a client that there weren’t any refunds or exchanges unless it was bought online. This was never said to me so I never would have known. I got my wedding guest dress from Aroussa Collection and I have to say I am in LOVE til today. The owners are the nicest people ever so patient with me while picking out the dresses. Will deffo be back for more inshAllah Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
