I took my first Crochet class this past Saturday and it was amazing. The teacher( I can't remember her name dang it) was very very patient and knowledgeable and so kind. We have are last class this Saturday coming up, can not wait. The classes (two) cost $65 and they supply all the necessary supplies. This is an A+ experience!!!!!

I was visiting Cleveland and got stuck on my crochet project. I traveled by the Blue Line to this store, which is in the plaza where the train line ends. It was very easy to get there. Mark was holding down the fort with grace. There were several customers in the room with different issues. Mark was very calm, patient and kind with everyone as he sorted out our problems.
