We had an appointment at 9am. I txted him at 8am to ask where we'd meet up since it was something we hadn't previously discussed. No response... i then called at 830 840 & 850 nothing... assuming he canceled our appointment I found another notary. He did get back to me at 859 that being said he coulda been more polite... so much for 24/7 service ..
