Awesome customer service 100%
This company charges your card without authorization. I was on auto renewal each month and while funds were deducted automatically, someone would manually run my card for the same monthly payment amount, causing 2 payments to be deducted from my bank account. Even after they assure you it won’t happen again. Most recent events; I made my December payment on the 18th and on January 1, 2025 they charged my card for the same amount… No Payment was due and this was not authorized… let’s just say I’ve reported them to the state a... read more
