This is an update to the initial review I made of a one-star I am changing my review to a four-star because after I initially made the review, corporate reached out and helped me to come to a place of resolution with the issue so I thank Erik at corporate for stepping up and following through.

I have been renting to own a lawn mower and a snowblower for the past couple months and I asked if I could just keep the snow blower there until it snowed so that way I didn't have to figure out a way to store it until then because it was still coming to the end of summer well lo and behold I went to buy the trailer hitch carrier today picked it up from Harbor Freight went over to the Arona at Sycamore Mall to which they tell me that they sold the snow blower I've been paying for to someone else because I didn't pick it up i... read more
