Very easy to get approved Cat made sure we were happy customers and took care of our every need for the purpose of the visit
Please do not use this business for your rental needs. This business allows there employees to fraudulently put your credit card information on file and use it at there leisure to make payments without your knowledge or consent. Someone from this establishment has been purposely and fraudulently using my bank information to make payments to my account. I called and confronted them after the 3rd time it happened in July. I really recommend Arron's as a go to place for affordable durable furniture.although I do wish that they had adult size bunk beds . But beside that my experience with this store has been amazing. Great staff. Super awesome customer service. And they honor there contracts.
Worst ever. Go somewhere else or buy out right. I make my payment every month. I haven’t missed one payment. They sent a guy to my house looking through my window. I talk to a lady name Megan as a woman how would she feel. Her response was I wouldn’t be in your situation. I’m not in a bad situation so I’m confused why she would say that. Noah says he’s from Aaron’s. Meghan is from Arona. It’s ridiculous and the quality of product is poor.
I'm seeing a lot of reviews from approximately 3.5 - 4 weeks ago and older. I'm not quite sure what these folks are talking about. I went in looking to set up a new lease to own as something in my home went out on me. Cat, who I believe is a new general manager from what I understand from all the old reviews, and Austin were both great in bringing through a thorough process.
