Communication was inconsistent, expectations were not clearly set, and I left feeling frustrated rather than cared for as a client. When paying premium prices for services such as laser hair removal, IPL, facials, body treatments, and other aesthetic procedures, professionalism, transparency, and customer service should be a priority. I had a great experience at Aroma Spa for an acne treatment. The staff was friendly and professional, and the treatment left my skin feeling clean, smooth, and less inflamed. I also received helpful aftercare tips. I definitely recommend them and will be back!
