Its been over a year since my groupon expired without them redeeming it or refunding me - kept on saying "after the renovations". Unprofessional.
This was a great experience! I booked a 60 minute deep tissue massage and they were ready to see me right when I arrived. The staff followed a careful COVID protocol with a thorough screening and wore masks. The masseuse took great care to work out some of my knots and check in to see if it was comfortable. I loved the hot towels and relaxing aroma. Would definitely recommend!

Customer service was so lovely and understanding , I spoke with Heather & couldn't be more pleased with how she helped resolve a minor issue i was dealing with at the time .
