I had shoulder dislocation from volleyball. I started physiotherapy about 3 weeks from my injury as directed by the ortho. Ian is very knowledgeable. He made an effort to explain to me what is going on in my body and what the recovery plan is. He is very patient when explaining the moves. I have been improving and benefiting from his guidance without pushing myself through pain. Will always recommend him.
Ian was super knowledgable and thorough. He was able to identify an issue that has been bothering me for years and give me an exercise program to mitigate my pain. He took the time to run me through a battery of tests and show me exactly what my issue was in a textbook. Really appreciated Ian's manner, expertise and attention. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking physio.
