Arnold has been a great company to be apart of. It has a local feel with very friendly staff. Management is good as well as pay and benefits.
The people in the HR department are LAZY. I’ve been calling for weeks now trying to get my W-2 and no one answers nor do they call back. I’m seriously considering having my attorney call them.
Carriers beware, They can not communicate with their customers and can not arrange delivery. Despite email trail, they try to manipulate/talk it out of their commitment. Our driver was sitting whole day and was not compensated. Will never work for them again..
They are a great company to work for no problems out of them so far!!!!!
Quit this company years ago apon leaving took my truck back to the GA yard and turned it in got told I abandoned my truck and never received my last check glad I left when I did I loved us express but not them they lie to u
The treat the drivers like SHIT and they DON'T care any there sev. To the company...There trucks will shut off at 70 deg. And they want I to sweat ur ass off in truck...So miles r good here but the idle shit down sucks an when u found out how to unhook it i can get some great sleep
